  • ​​The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Section 3): Fulfilling our statutory Duty of Care to ensure all work areas and running equipment present zero risk to homeowners, residents, visitors, or pets. ​
  • Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015): Managing domestic site safety, hazard controls, and dynamic risk assessments as the designated contractor on site. ​
  • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002: Implementing strict containment and safe application controls for all antimicrobial treatments, biocides, and biological airborne agents (mould spores and bacteria). ​
  • Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012: Mandatory pre-work assessment protocols prior to disturbing any building fabric, subfloors, or wall cavities in pre-2000 properties. ​
  • Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 & PUWER 1998: Ensuring all continuous-running drying machinery and electrical distribution systems are tested, RCD-protected, and safe to operate unattended 24/7. ​
  • Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Duty of Care - Section 34): Ensuring all contaminated strip-out and construction waste is transferred exclusively to licensed third-party waste carriers with compliant Waste Transfer documentation. ​
  • Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Section 49): Meeting the statutory requirement that all professional trade services are executed with reasonable care and skill.
